Kristina has been bad all year long and Santa has taken observe. He can't in his right mind give her any presents. When he sends Kristina a letter informing her of his decision, she decides to remove act and hover to the North Pole to clear her designate. unluckily , Santa has already left to deny presents and she's left to deal with his assistant.
